It is easy to say that February is a lighter month - but there are several items on the calendar that will be occurring during this next month. Plan to join us on Thursday, February 13th at 5:30 for a soup supper and time with our ministry developer, the Rev. Sally Boyd. She plans to share a DVD with us that has some information about church rites and liturgies.
On Tuesday, February 18, the Bear Lodge High School students and staff will join us in the parish hall at 11:30 for our Annual Spaghetti meal. YOU are invited to join us.
We have Holy Eucharist on Wednesday mornings at 8:30; Bible study follows at 9:00. This is a time that provides us some reflection time and sharing time in the middle of the week.

The meeting time on January 16th
When Rev. Sally joins us on the 16th, we begin at 5:30 for our soup supper.
January Happenings
January, 2014 has arrived. Our schedule at Good Shepherd is a bit less hectic, but there are some meetings to report. The Sunday services continue at 9:30 am with Holy Eucharist on January 5th, January 12th and January 26th. Morning Prayer is on the third Sunday, January 19th.
The annual meeting will take place after worship on Sunday, the 19th, during coffee hour. All are invited to get their coffee and join us for the meeting.
Daughters of the King [DOK] will meet on Monday, January 20th, at 1:00 in the afternoon. This is a departure from our regular evening meeting time, and it is hoped that other women of the congregation will be able to join us at this time.
Our Ministry Developer and her husband, the Rev. Sally Boyd and Tim Boyd, will come to Good Shepherd on Thursday, January 16th. They join us for a soup supper, some teaching time, and Compline. Sally will be sharing some of the changes that are now in place for the work of the Ministry Developers. We look forward to seeing them then.
